Assignments

Our assignments cover training (both development and delivery), consultancy and assessments across a wide range of organisations and functions, and in many areas and countries of the world.

We work closely with the EFQM and have been actively and fully engaged with many of their major developments and activities over the years including development and support for the Levels of Excellence Recognition scheme, training and mentoring of assessors and team leaders, contributing fully to EFQM Excellence Model and RADAR reviews and developments, development and delivery of training programmes offered on both an ‘open market’ and ‘in-house’ basis.

Our areas of work in training and consultancy include strategy development and execution, for example through scorecards, business/organisation performance measurement and management, performance improvement, for example through use of excellence models such as EFQM, major change management, project and process management.

Organisations we work with come from both private and public sector, manufacturing and service, large and small. We have worked in most major countries in Europe, in the Near, Middle and Far East, in the USA and in South America. 

We have recently established a partnership with a major ‘business excellence’ organisation to develop and deliver on-line training packages using ‘state of the art’ platforms such as Web 2.0.
