We were established in 2001 by Mark Webster who is our Managing Director. He has 28 years business experience primarily within the Telecom and IT sectors. During that time he worked in many different functions - Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Service - as well as in several general management roles. He has led national and multinational teams and managed many different aspects of business. He has also worked as Director of an Enterprise Agency within the UK, and for the EFQM where he was responsible for the development of the EFQM Excellence Model®, the RADAR Assessment and Management Tool©, and for new products development. Mark is a founder member of the EFQM’s Faculty and regularly delivers training on behalf of the Foundation. He also develops and delivers training for Quality Scotland.
We are passionate about helping organisations manage and enhance their business performance so that they become seen as role models that other organisations wish to emulate. We offer a range of business assessment, consultancy and training services to support that aim. Our objective is to transfer knowledge and to help our clients build the internal competencies they need to enable sustained success.
