We focus on helping organisations enhance their business performance through a range of assessment, consultancy and training services.

Business assessments can be carried out by one or more of our experienced assessors using a variety of management models, tools and techniques such as the EFQM Excellence Model® and EFQM RADAR Assessment and Management Tool©. Alternatively we can help organisations develop and run techniques for assessing their own performance.

We carry out consultancy in a number of areas, including:

• strategy development and deployment;
• leadership development and executive coaching;
• process management and improvement;
• performance measurement including stakeholder surveys;
• project management;
• creativity and innovation.

Our training offerings focus on those areas in which we deliver assessments and consultancy, and although these are generally developed to meet the specific requirements of each client we do also offer some ‘standard’ training packages on Organisational Excellence, Business Excellence assessment, the EFQM Excellence Model® and EFQM RADAR Assessment and Management Tool©. Mark Webster is also a member of the Faculties of both the EFQM and Quality Scotland and regularly designs, develops and delivers training courses and learning workshops for them.

Through our own experiences working in an international environment for many years we have developed a good insight into cultures - both organisational and national.  Consequently we not only adapt our consultancy and training to suit the culture in which we are working but we are also able to help organisations with cultural issues.
